CSNode Blockchain Development Contest - Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility
1.1 The contest is open to developers, startups, and blockchain enthusiasts worldwide.
1.2 Participants must be at least 18 years old to enter.
1.3 Employees, affiliates, and family members of CSNode are not eligible to participate.
2. Contest Period
2.1 The contest participation starts on 02/10/2025 and ends on 03/03/2025.
2.2 Entries must be subscribed before the contest closing date of 03/03/2025 to be considered.
2.3 The project must be submitted before 04/04/2025 to be eligible for evaluation.
3. Submission Guidelines
3.1 All submissions must be original and should not infringe on third-party rights.
3.2 Participants must submit their entries through the official submission form on the CSNode contest page.
3.3 Only digital submissions will be accepted, and they must meet the provided technical specifications.
3.4 CSNode reserves the right to disqualify any submission that does not adhere to the guidelines.
4. Judging Criteria
4.1 Entries will be judged based on innovation, technical merit, relevance to the blockchain industry, and user experience.
4.2 The decision of the judging panel is final and binding.
4.3 CSNode may also consider public voting or community engagement as a supplementary factor.
5. Prizes
5.1 The total prize pool is $5,000, with the following distribution:
1st Prize: $5,000
2nd Prize: $2,500
3rd Prize: $1,250
5.2 Winners will be announced within 4 weeks after the contest ends.
5.3 Prizes will be awarded after a verification process to ensure that all contest rules have been followed.
6. Participant Obligations
6.1 Participants agree to grant CSNode the right to showcase winning projects for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
6.2 By participating in the contest, participants agree to allow CSNode to use their name, project details, and images for promotional purposes.
6.3 Participants must maintain an active subscription through the entire evaluation process. If a participant’s subscription lapses or is canceled during this period, their entry may be disqualified.
7. Contest Conditions
7.1 A minimum of 400 Standard Subscribers and 100 Basic Subscribers, or 1,000 Basic Subscribers and 200 Standard Subscribers, are required for the contest to proceed.
7.2 If the required number of participants is not met, CSNode reserves the right to cancel or extend the contest.
7.3 In the event of a tie, the judges will use additional criteria such as creativity and technical difficulty to determine the winner.
8. Disqualifications
8.1 CSNode reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates the contest guidelines, uses plagiarized content, or is deemed inappropriate.
8.2 Submissions that do not comply with the contest's technical requirements may also be disqualified.
9. Liability & Responsibility
9.1 CSNode is not responsible for any technical issues that may prevent participants from submitting their entries.
9.2 Participants agree to indemnify and hold CSNode harmless from any claims or legal actions resulting from their participation in the contest.
10. Miscellaneous
10.1 By entering the contest, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions.
10.2 CSNode reserves the right to modify, amend, or suspend the contest at any time, without prior notice.
10.3 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of DE, USA.
11. Subscription Fees and Refunds
11.1 If the minimum participation requirements for the contest are not met, the subscription charges will not be refunded.
11.2 Participants acknowledge that their subscription fees are non-refundable in such cases, and they are entering the contest with the understanding that CSNode reserves the right to cancel or extend the contest if participation is insufficient.
